A staunch advocate of Global Healthcare Travel, Medical Tourism and Patient Safety, Ms. Alumno has led various initiatives in the Philippines by partnering with the government and private sectors in the development and promotion of the country’s Medical and Wellness Tourism Program and in the capability and capacity building of the country’s healthcare organisations towards global competitiveness and in support of the ASEAN integration. In 2012, she was invited by the Phil. Daily Inquirer to be Contributing Editor for the Special Section on Phil. Health & Wellness Travel. At present, she serves as consultant and advisor to healthcare facilities and international associations and co-hosts a radio program in DWIZ. Her multi-faceted experiences make her a well-sought after speaker in several conferences locally and internationally.
