Pedro Bruna is Head of Digital in Iberia (Spain & Portugal) for Health (public and private) and Public Service.
Pedro has been working in the sector during the last 17 years. He has been involved in complex transformational projects around customer experience and analytics in public and private health companies. He is an expert in citizen/patient experience and he is leading the new Digital strategy for large institutions like Social Security, Health insurance companies and Health institutions.
